Working Location: South Jakarta, Head Office
Working Days: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00 WIB
Employee Status: 6 months contract under Adecco Indonesia (Renewable/Extendable)
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Regional Sales Administrator to support our growing operations across 6 countries. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our regional sales teams and internal legal/operations departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a sharp eye for detail when handling contracts and financial documents.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review & Sales Assistance
Cross-Border Collaboration: Assist sales teams across 6 countries by managing and facilitating the internal contract review process.
Legal Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between regional sales teams and the internal Legal department to ensure contracts are reviewed, amended, and approved efficiently.
Document Compliance: Review sales agreements, NDAs, and proposals for completeness and accuracy before escalating to legal.
Vendor & Customer Payments: Assist the regional operations teams in setting up, tracking, and executing regular payments to customers and vendors across all 6 countries.
Financial Accuracy: Verify invoices, payment details, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and local country regulations.
Process Maintenance: Keep accurate logs of all payment statuses and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with a strong emphasis on professional business writing and document review.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail; ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in complex legal and financial documents.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Work Ethic: Resilient, hardworking, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, legal operations, or a cross-regional support role is highly preferred.
