Senior Project Executive

Senior Project Executive is to lead and manage research projects with a higher level of complexity and autonomy. The role holder is responsible for overseeing all phases of research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and contributing to strategic planning and business growth. This position requires advanced project management skills, extensive knowledge of research methodologies, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibility:

• Complying with operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements.

• Managing internal operations team dependent on project and client.

• Provide support in the set up and ongoing delivery of the project, including adjusting project set up for e.g. change requests.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Review and collate fieldwork project against target sample requirements

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in qualitative research or project management.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing multiple projects.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
