About The Company:
The working venue is in Banten.
Our client is a Manufacturing (Rubber Machinery) Company. Currently, they are looking for QC Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections and product testing, including routine inspections at each stage of production from raw materials to finished products, and perform testing of rubber properties such as specific gravity, tensile strength, and hardness.
Identify and analyze product defects, including rubber-specific issues such as premature vulcanization (scorch), air bubbles, and foreign material contamination, and propose corrective actions using statistical analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Perform product sampling and prepare quality documentation, including sample collection, test records, and daily quality reports for management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to operate rubber testing machines (viscosity, hardness, tensile strength, etc.).
Knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
At least 3 years of experience in quality control in rubber manufacturing with more than 1-2 years QC senior or supervisor expeirence in Rubber related devision.
Problem-solving ability using QC7 tools and Six Sigma.
High accuracy and discipline, strong communication skills to immediately stop production in case of abnormalities.
