Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year Undergraduate (completed) with at least 6 months of work experience in a customer service set up.
• College Graduate with or without work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills
• At least Healthcare, customer service, or BPO experience
• Background in nursing, allied health, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related fields is a plus
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, appointments, or clinical support
• Assist members, patients, and healthcare providers with account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information while following healthcare regulations and company policies
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex or clinical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary
