Personalia Staff Responsibilities:
Managing both human resources and general administrative tasks
Addressing employee inquiries and concerns
Managing employee benefits programs
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Managing office supplies and equipment
Overseeing office facilities and maintenance
Handling correspondence and communication
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration / HR Management / Law / Industrial Engineering / relevant majors from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0
Fresh graduate/experienced as recruitment/HRGA staff. Preferably in Manufacturing Industries
Having good knowledge of employee recruitment/psychological tools, such as IST, PAULI, Kraepelin, PAPI, DISC, MBTI, Graphic test, etc.
Proficient in interviewing prospective employees
Having Good communication and Interpersonal skill
Proficient in verbal and written English is a must (TOEFL ITP Min 500)
Have a good integrity and analyze skills
Ability to work excellent as team or individual
Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
