Team Builder Specialist & Strategic Analyst

• Act as a Public Relations focal point to maximize participant engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Support The King’s Club and all related Agency Builder projects through coordination, communication, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress and performance reports.
• Serve as a facilitator for development programs, conducting both offline and online sessions.
• Manage and maintain The King’s Club communication groups to ensure active engagement, clear messaging, and alignment with project goals.
• Support promotional efforts aimed at maximizing agency growth and visibility.
• Assist the Agency Growth Manager by providing data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations for various business needs.
• Prepare presentation decks, reports, and other supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of growth and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in community management, business development, agency support, or a related role.
• Experience in facilitating training, workshops, or development programs (both online and offline) is preferred.
