Warehouse Assistant Manager (English Speaker)

Due to our rapid business growth, we are looking for someone with expertise in logistics management and fluency in English to join our team in Pinang, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. This position is vital to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, effective team coordination, and supporting the major projects we run.

As a Warehouse Assistant Manager (English Speaker), you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing, planning, and controlling all warehouse operational activities, ranging from receiving, storage, to goods dispatch. You will also serve as the primary communication bridge (both verbal and written) using English to coordinate with management, inter-departmental teams, and international partners regarding logistics and inventory reports. Additionally, you will be involved in optimizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring inventory data accuracy (stock opname), and leading and training the ground team to improve overall work efficiency.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably in Logistics Management, Science, or Engineering). A minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operational supervision will be an added advantage. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) as well as strong leadership qualities. Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a mandatory requirement.
