Full-Stack AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack AI Developer to join our growing technology team in Kalideres, Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and web development, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance our textile operations and customer experiences. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable applications that integrate machine learning models with modern web technologies, contributing directly to the company's digital transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and develop full-stack web applications with integrated AI and machine learning capabilities

2. Build and optimise backend systems using appropriate programming languages and frameworks to support AI model deployment

3. Create responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces that effectively present AI-driven insights and predictions

4. Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using industry-standard libraries and frameworks

5. Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to prepare and manage data for AI applications

6. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality

7. Conduct code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain high code quality and best practices

8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance across all stack layers

9. Document code, system architecture, and technical specifications for team knowledge and maintenance

10. Stay current with emerging technologies and AI trends, bringing innovative solutions to project challenges

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

2. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 years in professional development roles

3. Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#

4. Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular

5. Demonstrated experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar

6. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

7. Experience with databases (both relational and NoSQL) and data management techniques

8. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaborativel

10. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
