We are the official distributor of well-known brands such as John Deere, Hiab, Morooka, Bandit, and DJI, operating across Indonesia as well as in the Philippines and Timor Leste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales targets, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, service, and administrative functions.

• Manage, mentor, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

• Monitor financial performance and take proactive measures to achieve profit goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

• Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives to increase branch competitiveness.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
  
  
  Qualifications

• Min. S1 in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Min. 5 years experience in a managerial role within the heavy equipment or related industry.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment products, particularly agricultural, is an advantage.

• Willingness to be placed in Merauke or Papua Area.
