PT. framas Indonesia plant 1 - Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung Kab. Bekasi
Sales Staff
Responsibilities:
Handle daily sales orders and ensure accurate processing.
Plan and monitor timely delivery to customers.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Prepare delivery documents and invoices for relevant departments.
Follow up on order delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular price checking and confirmation with customers.
Maintain up-to-date pricing data in the system.
Input new products and color variants into the system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Marketing, Sales Administration, or a related role.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems or sales-related software is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt quickly.
High integrity and professionalism in handling data and customer information.
