Aesthetic Doctor

QUALIFICATION
1. Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR) and an actvive Practice License (SIP), or eligible to obtain one.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of proven clinical experience in an aesthetic clinic is mandatory.
3. Only candidates with prior experience in aesthetic medicine will be considered. Fresh graduates and General Practitioners without aesthetic clinic experience are not eligible for this position.
4. Demonstrated competency in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
- Botulinum Toxin (Botox) injections
- Dermal fillers
- Skin boosters
- Laser and energy-based treatments
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Thread lifting (preferred)
5. Strong consultation, facial assessment, and treatment planning skills.
6 Excellent understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic principles, and patient safety.
7. Ability to recommend comprehensive treatment plans and medical-grade skincare tailored to each client's needs.
8. Proven ability to build trust, achieve high treatment conversion, and maintain long-term patient relationships.
9. Professional, ethical, and committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Passionate about continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
12. Experience working with premium aesthetic clientele is highly preferred.
