Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to employees, clients, end users, and other relevant stakeholders, including user onboarding and offboarding processes such as device preparation, account provisioning, email configuration, and access management.
2. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, software applications, hardware, and peripheral devices.
3. Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, servers, and other IT equipment.
4. Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, email, and system-related issues.
5. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation, and coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and support.
6. Prepare and submit weekly IT ticketing reports.
7. Ensure compliance with the company's IT policies and procedures and support ISO audit activities.
8. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or external vendors when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Infrastructure, or a similar role.
4. Good understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft-based environments.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
8. Willing to be based in Depok, West Java.
