Description
- Oversee daily operations of the resort to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Manage team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for budget management and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract guests and optimize occupancy rates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
