Job Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, headhunters, universities, and employee referrals.
Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks and prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment programs, and job fairs.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred), Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the mining, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and behavioral interviewing methods.
Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and meet recruitment deadlines.
