Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the overall business operations to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
Manage sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.
Supervise procurement and import operations, ensuring efficient coordination with overseas suppliers, especially those in China.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key business partners.
Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Ensure all business operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Prepare and present business performance reports, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, International Business, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Minimum 8–10 years of management experience, with at least 5 years as a General Manager, Business Manager, or Operations Manager in an electronics importing or lighting industry.
Proven experience in managing businesses involved in importing electronic products, with strong preference for candidates from the lighting industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, improving operational performance, and achieving business targets.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, procurement, import/export processes, and demand planning.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and business partners.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, financial, and business management capabilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business functions simultaneously.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Chinese manufacturers or suppliers in the lighting or electronics industry.
Extensive network within the lighting, electrical, or electronics distribution industry.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian market for lighting and electrical products.
Experience implementing ERP systems, inventory optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
