Site Manager for Hospital Construction

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Project Site Manager to lead and coordinate our hospital and healthcare facility construction projects during the site execution phase. The role focuses on ensuring project delivery in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, healthcare regulations, technical standards, and quality requirements, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Lead the whole process of hospital sites’ construction projects to ensure compliance with determined project schedules, budget, and regulations, that includes the applicable healthcare facility regulations and relevant healthcare design standards. 
2.    Monitor all resources utilization, includes monitoring the subcontractors and other external stakeholders work, to maintain project efficiency.
3.    Coordinate the testing, installation, commissioning, and handover of medical equipment and hospital system to ensure the operational readiness. 
4.   Report to Project Manager, and coordinate with other stakeholders for technical issues and problem solving
5.   Conduct regular and periodical site inspections and subcontractor’s work to verify that jobs are executed as schedule, target, and specifications.
6.   Manage site logistics, resource allocation, equipment maintenance, storage areas, and access coordination. 
7.   Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other external parties related to site matters. 
8.   Provide and maintain accurate site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other reports as determined standards. 
9. Prepare and monitor site progress reports to ensure project activities are completed according to schedule.
10. Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are implemented and maintained throughout project execution.

Qualifications:
1.  Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline.
2. Minimum 12 years’ experience in relevant role, with at least 5 years’ experience managing hospital or healthcare facility construction projects. 
3. Fluent in English (written & spoken).
4. Having complete knowledge and understanding to: 
a.      Indonesian regulation and international standards of HSE, such as included in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13845. 
b.      Strong understanding of healthcare facility engineering systems, including the structural requirements, HVAC systems, Medical Gas Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems, and waste management requirements.
c.      Applicable Indonesian healthcare standards, such as regulation issued by Ministry of Health, BPJS, hospital accreditation requirements, etc. 
5.    Proactive, excel in project management, cost control, and analytical skill.
6.    Able to do day-to-day problem solving and mitigation plan for problem countermeasure. 
7.    Professional in behaviour and communication to lead the team. 
8.    Proficient in utilizing site/ project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
