Store Supervisor
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and developing the team, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence. This role ensures the store consistently achieves its sales goals while upholding company standards and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least six (6) months of experience as a Store Supervisor, Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Team Leader, Management Trainee, or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Target-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in coaching, motivating, and supervising a team
- Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
