The Analytics Manager is responsible for transforming business and financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. This role leads data analysis, reporting, KPI management, and process improvement initiatives while leveraging tools such as SAP, SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports, gather KPI data, and generate business performance reports, including initial analysis and commentary.
- Provide accounting data and insights to support tax compliance requirements, planning initiatives, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Utilize automated tools to collect and extract data from various primary and secondary sources.
- Design, maintain, and optimize databases and data systems, ensuring information is structured and presented in a clear and user-friendly format.
- Analyze data sets to evaluate accuracy, quality, trends, and business relevance.
- Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, insights generation, and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, or data analytics.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
