Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts.
- Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through defined stages.
- Collect and verify client information for job creation and sales processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups independently.
- Ensure pipeline data reflects current status.
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
- Handle basic objections and questions within defined parameters.
- Escalate complex negotiations appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1–2 years of sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong English communication skills with confidence in handling client interactions and follow-ups.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B sales exposure
- CRM proficiency
Work Set-up: Monday – Friday | Night Shift (DST Dependent)
