Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and host station.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and seating arrangements professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Process guest payments accurately and thank guests upon departure.
- Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
