Role Overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an outstanding opportunity for a German Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com position in Greece. In this exciting remote-based role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for German-speaking travellers, helping them navigate and manage their bookings through one of the world's leading online travel platforms.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound enquiries from German-speaking customers regarding hotel, flight, and travel reservations made through Booking.com, delivering prompt and accurate assistance at every stage of the traveller journey.
