Call Center Agent – US Financial Account

Role Overview
Join our growing team as a Call Center Agent supporting US-based financial services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or career starters eager to build a career in the banking and finance sector. You’ll handle customer inquiries, provide account support, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with financial inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School or K12 graduate (College level a plus).
- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willing to work onsite at Glorietta, Makati with shifting schedules.
