Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Staff to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for SHOW's entertainment business, particularly film projects supported by the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize audience reach, engagement, and the overall performance of each film campaign.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for the entertainment industry, understands consumer behavior, and is experienced in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role focuses entirely on Web2 marketing activities and collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of every campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and campaign plans to maximize the visibility and commercial success of film projects supported by SHOW.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with Web3 Marketing, creative, Social Media, PR, media, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant marketing metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and campaign timelines.
- Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations for management.
- Stay up to date with entertainment trends, consumer insights, and digital marketing best practices to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Support promotional events, partnership activations, and other marketing initiatives related to film projects and the company's entertainment ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, or a related role.
- Experience in the entertainment, film, media, FMCG, lifestyle, or creative industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand communication, and integrated campaign execution.
- Passion for films, entertainment, and consumer marketing, with a good understanding of current industry trends.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English is preferred.
