- Concept and execute floral designs for retail sale, special events, cultural events, and personal events.
- Coordinate large-scale floral installations for Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition (MICE) services.
- Manage the retail trade of cut flowers and florist activities.
Minimum of 2 years working in high-end or luxury floristry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. - Advanced knowledge of floral mechanics, flower care, and conditioning.
- Strong leadership abilities and expertise in conceptualizing designs for high-budget events and weddings.
