Job Requirements
- Review and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational & non-operational standards within Mostrans to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Participate in Mostrans Day initiatives by conducting customer satisfaction surveys with Shippers, Transporters, Branch Contacts, and Drivers, collaborating closely with the team to gather valuable insights.
- Support the QA team in administrative processes, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker); fresh graduates are welcome
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable
- Familiar with SOPs and Microsoft Office is a plus
