Position Introduction:
Responsible in maintaining a structured work environment, controlling the production run smothly and ensure all the process done align with SOP
Placement : PT. Indo Kreasi Grafika (Printing Company)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and supervise an operative team of worker to achieve production target and quality objective
Monitor the productivity, yield and manpower utilization of the section.
Assist to prepare monthly production report to the Production Manager
Monitor the daily urgent parts & Backlog hours
Control cost Production, Job variance and OEE
Ensure good housekeeping of the section and its premises
Determine continuous improvement
Responsible for the overall performance of the member
Plan and source for appropriate machinery, equipment and tools to improve operation
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Industrial Engineering or other engineering background
Min 3 years experiences in printing (Offset, Gravure & Flexo)
Experience to supervise overall printing process from raw material, WIP material until finished good and problem solving
Well knowledge in printing process, printing quality, and troubleshooting will be an advantage
Having capability to manage internal and external report
Good personality and ability to approach for all levels, strong oral and written skills
