Manufacturing Engineering Staff

Job Description 

• Review and analyst current work process to propose process improvement inline with company's KPIs

• Manage the development of working process and production facilities  project such as production process trial, production re-layout, and improvement in accordance  the company initiative

• Prepare periodical reports for ongoing projects and ensure all relevant departments are well informed

• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the project development runs in a timely manner

• Together with corporate business to review, analyst, and generate feasibility study to grab potential new business

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience as a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role in an automotive manufacturing or machining company is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing operations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design software.

• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensional measurements, PLC systems, electrical components, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalization, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong continuous improvement mindset.

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
