Chief Executive Officer (Food and Beverages)

Our client, a Food and Beverages (FnB) group located in Sleman, Yogyakarta is currently looking for a CEO to handle all the outlets under said group.

Key Functions:

1. Unifiy functionality between systems: Create a unified system that can syznergize across all functions such as accounting, HR, payroll, procurement, inventory, and IT;

2. Maintain brand characters: Our client has multiple outlets and brands, and they shouldn't feel the same. The CEO is responsible in strengthening its business engine and shapes the character of each brands;

3. Maintain subsidiaries profitability (P&L): Each subsidiary must have targets for revenue, COGS, labor costs, gross margin, operating profit, and cash flows;

4. Building leadership layers: The CEO must be able to establish a layer between the outlet management and the shareholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a relevant major such as Business Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field;

• Good written and spoken English skills;

• At least 7 years of work experience in the F&B, Lifestyle, Hospitality, Retail, or similar industries;

• At least 3 years of experience working in a Holding Group or Multi-Business Unit is a plus;

• Experience managing and developing business roadmaps, strategic planning, and business growth targets;

• Experience building, improving, and implementing SOPs, KPIs, good governance, and business processes;

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;

• Able to integrate business vision, operations, finance, human resources, and technology into a unified direction for company growth;

• Understanding the use of POS systems, ERP, inventory management, accounting systems, dashboard reporting, and modern business operational support technology.
