Job Description:
Develop the department's development plan based on the company's development strategy and positioning;
Develop the department's annual work plan, including the departmental budget and equipment-related expense budgets, based on the company's annual goals and departmental development plans, and ensure its breakdown and implementation;
Organize and conduct investigations and analyses of specific technical process incidents, produce an analysis report, and propose corrective measures to prevent recurrence;
Establish the company's consumption quotas (or norms) and reserve quotas for equipment spare parts;
Supervise the utilization and daily management of spare parts and inventory;
Evaluate equipment performance based on the company's development needs, fully leverage equipment potential, design efficiency improvement plans for existing equipment, and organize implementation after approval;
Responsible for the management of the daily use, maintenance, and safekeeping of the company's tooling and molds;
Formulate corresponding equipment failure prevention and emergency repair plans based on the equipment's actual condition. Regularly organize training for relevant personnel to enhance the maintenance skills of equipment repair staff;
Participate in the planning, selection, financial assessment, procurement, installation, and acceptance of new production and special equipment, ensuring alignment with annual business goals;
Develop and execute annual, first-level, and second-level maintenance plans, including major overhauls. Lead breakdown recovery, root cause analysis for major failures, and regularly train personnel to enhance repair capabilities;
Support the implementation of the division's smart manufacturing strategy by leading equipment digitalization and performance-boosting modification projects from design through testing and long-term maintenance;
Manage the spare parts inventory, archives, and usage records. Ensure all equipment (especially special equipment) is used and maintained safely and in compliance with company and statutory regulations;
Manage the department's budget and cost control (variance analysis). Establish and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and information security protocols;
Serve as a subject matter expert to other departments, providing service and guidance. Promote a culture of innovation and manage the implementation of new ideas;
Qualification:
Minimum Education: Diploma (D3), Major: Mechanical / Electrical and Mechanical (Mechatronics) Engineering or a related field;
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment management and/or maintenance, Note: The educational requirement may be waived for candidates with over 5 years of relevant supervisory experience;
Familiarity with the can-making and metal printing industries, and mechanical engineering knowledge;
Basic understanding of purchasing processes, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts;
Expertise in equipment maintenance, electrical or mechanical technical knowledge, and related management principles. Proficient in PLC programming and mechanical equipment repair techniques;
General Skills: Proficiency in MS Office software, CAD drafting, network/online application skills, formal document writing, and data analysis;
Core Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills; excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities; superior technical skills in electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
