Job Description
Assist in developing preliminary designs based on project and user requirements.
Create and revise technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Enscape, or other design applications).
Support the calculation of dimensions, material quantities, and basic technical specifications.
Collect and analyze technical data to support the design process.
Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
Coordinate with the Project, Maintenance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the Project team.
Requirements
Final-year Architecture or Civil Engineering students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Available to work full-time from our office.
Minimum 6 months of internship experience in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Enscape, or similar design tools).
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
