Job Description
PT Duta Abadi Primantara is seeking an experienced HC Shared Services Manager to lead and optimize Human Capital Shared Services operations. This role is responsible for managing HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Administration, HC Policy, employee services, SOP standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Develop, maintain, and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and support business decision-making.
Manage and oversee Compensation & Benefits Administration, including employee benefits administration and HR data management.
Develop, implement, and evaluate Human Capital (HC) Policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Lead Human Capital Shared Services operations, including personnel administration, centralized HC services, and employee data management.
Manage employee engagement programs to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity across Head Office and Branches.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including HRIS vendors, recruitment partners, insurance providers, and universities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and management systems, including ISO, 5R, and Occupational Health & Safety (K3).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Human Capital Shared Services or Human Resources.
Mandatory experience in HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Administration, and HC Policy development & implementation.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Experience in the Retail or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Experienced in developing and implementing HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
