Tropical Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Coco Bistro Kuta. Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, cost management, and sales performance.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Candidates currently based in Bali will be given priority.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

• Inspire, train, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor sales, budgeting, inventory, labor costs, and overall business performance.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene regulations, and service quality.

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability.
