As a Specifier, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and other key stakeholders by providing technical product expertise and design consultation. Your primary objective is to secure product specifications during the design stage, ensuring Bottega&Artisan products are selected for upcoming projects while supporting the Sales team in achieving business growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Specifier, Project Sales, Architectural Sales, Business Development, or similar role within the building materials, sanitary ware, lighting, furniture, or interior industry.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and consultants is highly preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to read architectural drawings and understand project specifications.
Self-motivated with strong planning and project management skills.
Willing to travel frequently for client visits, presentations, and project follow-ups.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical product knowledge and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing product specifications during the project design stage.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and project owners through regular visits, presentations, and networking activities.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to promote the company's product portfolio, emphasizing product features, performance, and application benefits.
Identify, develop, and monitor potential projects within the assigned territory from design through execution.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team by sharing project information, specification status, and customer insights to support successful project conversion.
Work with the Marketing team on KOL partnerships, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and increase specification opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with professional associations such as IAI, HDII, and other relevant industry organizations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular activity reports, project pipelines, and specification progress updates for management.
Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to the company's sales growth through successful project specifications.
