Store Supervisor - SM Lucena

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at our Robinsons Antique store. As the Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee inventory management, including stock receiving, monitoring, and replenishment to maintain optimal product availability
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive store performance
• Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail store supervisory role, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and sales reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with retail operations, including merchandising, visual display, and store maintenance
