About Luce 

Luce is Singapore's leading home services platform with 20+ verticals including home cleaning, aircon servicing, massage, beauty, and eldercare. We are on a path to become Southeast Asia's home services super app. We move fast, we care about quality, and we want our creative to reflect that ambition. 

What you will own 

• Creative vision and direction across TikTok, Meta, OOH, and email 

• A visual brand system that works across 20+ service verticals and holds together as we scale 

• Creative briefs for a graphic/motion designer and social media manager 

• Reading performance data (ROAS, CPL) provided by the marketing team and using it to sharpen the next brief 

Who we are looking for 

You have a sharp creative POV and know how to bring it to life using AI tools. What matters is the quality of your work and your ability to direct others toward a clear creative vision.  

You are also genuinely AI-native. You use Midjourney or similar tools for image generation and Kling, Runway, or Sora for video.  

Requirements 

• At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role 

• Portfolio that shows a strong, consistent visual POV across different briefs and verticals 

• Experience directing designers and content creators 

• Able to read creative performance data and use it to make better decisions 

• Fluent English is a bonus. 

• Internationally referenced taste. Your inspiration comes from the US, China, Korea, not just your home market.
