Fluent Dutch speaking Customer Service - Bali, Indonesia

We're expanding our team and looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our Bali team!

If you are Native Dutch (natives and near natives are very welcomed) and passionate about delivering excellent customer support, we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

• Native speakers will be prefered

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• At least a diploma or bachelor's degree

• Customer service or hospitality oriented

• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia

• 1 year experience of work in any fields

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email from Dutch-speaking customers

• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues professionally

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
