- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate staff activities and manage work schedules to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train new staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in supervising restaurant
- Knowledge of staff supervision, customer service, & inventory management
- Strong communication, leadership, & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment
