Description
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Utilize Zoho for tracking sales and purchase orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in sales strategy formulation to improve account performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in inventory management, experience with Zoho, knowledge of stock management practices, sales acumen, and understanding of purchase order processes
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with strong organizational skills
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits
