Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously optimizing CHAMPOIL's social media content strategy and creator partnership ecosystem.
The focus is not on simply publishing daily content, but on building a structured content engine that consistently educates the market, strengthens brand credibility, supports commercial objectives, and creates long-term relationships with creators, communities, distributors, and industrial users.
You will act as the central driver for content planning, creator management, KOL and UGC partnerships, content production governance, and performance-based content optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Calendar Management
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms
Define content pillars, content angles, hooks, key messages, caption direction, call-to-action, and content formats
Align content planning with brand objectives, product campaigns, market education, and sales support initiatives
Build structured content sequencing across awareness, education, trust-building, engagement, and conversion stages
Identify scalable content series that can be consistently produced over time
Creator Briefing & Content Direction
Develop comprehensive written briefs for freelance creators, KOLs, videographers, editors, designers, and external partners
Provide clear campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, mandatory talking points, visual references, shot direction, deliverables, timelines, and revision workflows
Ensure every content asset accurately communicates the brand while making technical products easy to understand
Maintain consistency in messaging, quality, and creative execution across all content
Freelance Creator Coordination
Manage freelance creators throughout the entire production process from ideation, briefing, production, review, revision, to final asset delivery
Monitor production timelines to ensure content is delivered according to the content calendar\
Maintain quality standards across all externally produced content
Develop structured workflows and tracking systems for content production, revisions, deadlines, and final asset management
KOL, Micro Creator & UGC Partnership
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with KOLs, micro creators, communities, and UGC creators relevant to automotive, workshops, trucking, heavy equipment, maintenance, industrial products, and related sectors
Evaluate creators based on audience fit, engagement quality, niche relevance, credibility, content style, and brand safety
Manage creator outreach, negotiation, briefing, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and campaign reporting
Build long-term creator and community relationships that generate sustainable, authentic, and credible content
Content Performance Review & Optimization
Analyze content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement rate, watch time, retention rate, share rate, save rate, click-through rate, and website or WhatsApp traffic
Identify winning content formats, creators, hooks, storytelling approaches, and content series
Recommend content improvements based on data rather than assumptions
Continuously optimize content strategy to improve business impact and audience engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Operations, Production, and Distributor teams to ensure content reflects real customer experiences and operational realities
Gather insights from customers, mechanics, operators, distributors, and internal stakeholders as content sources
Translate complex industrial and technical products into simple, engaging, and educational content for broader audiences
Ensure brand communication remains credible, practical, and technically accurate
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Management, Multimedia, Journalism, or related fields
Experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, Content Marketing, Creator Management, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, UGC Campaigns, or Digital Marketing roles
Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, machinery, chemical, lubricants, tools, spare parts, B2B, or related industries is preferred
Proven experience in developing content calendars, content strategies, and social media campaigns
Experience managing freelance creators, content production workflows, or external creative partners from planning through final delivery
Strong understanding of KOL partnerships, influencer marketing, creator management, and UGC campaign execution
Experience developing structured creator briefs, campaign guidelines, and content production documentation
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content strategies
Experience analyzing content performance using metrics such as engagement rate, retention rate, watch time, share rate, save rate, CTR, and traffic
Ability to translate technical or industrial products into engaging, educational, and easy-to-understand content
Experience using content planning and collaboration tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or similar platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Operations, Production, Distributors, and External Creators
Strong project management, communication, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
High ownership, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance brand consistency with content performance

Content calendars are consistently executed according to planned timelines
Creator briefs become more structured, reducing revisions and improving production efficiency
Freelance content production operates through standardized and scalable workflows
A strong network of KOLs, micro creators, communities, and UGC partners is established
Content evolves from random posting into structured, repeatable content series
Social media performance continuously improves through data-driven optimization
Content quality improves in terms of storytelling, clarity, relevance, and audience engagement
Performance reporting clearly identifies successful content patterns and optimization opportunities
