Job Description
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and direct them to their tables.
Manage guest reservations efficiently via phone or booking applications.
Organize seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and flow.
Manage waiting lists and provide guests with accurate waiting time estimates.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure tables are ready for new guests.
Oversee the lobby area to ensure a positive and organized first impression for guests.
Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and high self-confidence.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professional grooming.
Friendly, proactive, and strongly service-oriented attitude.
Basic English proficiency is a significant advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry is preferred.
