Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
Experience :
Minimum 1 years in Quality Control in food manufacturing industry
Knowledge & Skills :
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Halal and food safety standards
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with quality documentation and reporting
Others :
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to work in shifts if required
Job Responsibilities :
Supervise daily activities of QC inspectors and laboratory Analysts.
Ensure inspections of raw materials, in- process products and finished goods are conducted according to Standar Operating Procedures
Monitor production process and report any quality issues.
Ensure laboratory and inspection equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
Investigate quality complaints and non-conforming products.
Maintain QC documents, reports and inspection records.
Assist in implementing GMP, HACCP and sanitation procedures.
Coordinate with Production and R&D departments regarding quality improvement.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in production area are maintained.
Support internal and external audits.
