Social Media Strategic Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategies, content plans, and digital activation initiatives aligned with brand objectives.

• Drive end-to-end content planning, including strategic communication, content ideation, campaign planning, and editorial calendar development.

• Develop strategic content directions for brand campaigns, events, and digital activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and objectives.

• Collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital, and related teams to execute integrated social media campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify content opportunities.

• Analyze social media performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Planning, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related role.

• Proven experience developing content strategies, content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign planning.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and audience behavior across social media platforms.

• Experience analyzing social media insights and using data to optimize content performance and engagement.

• Social media savvy with strong awareness of digital trends and internet culture.

• Creative, analytical, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

• Portfolio showcasing social media strategies, campaign planning, or content planning is highly preferred.

• Available to join as soon as possible and willing to work full WFO in South Jakarta.
