- Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
- With 1–3 years of CCTV Operator experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledgeable in CCTV surveillance systems and security monitoring.
- Keen attention to detail with good observation and reporting skills.
- Computer literate and willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems at all times.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, and safety concerns.
- Record and maintain accurate CCTV logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with the Security Team during emergencies and investigations.
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.
