General Manager

Job description:

• Lead the operations of a 40 key property in Sumbul

• Ensure the financial health of the health by ensuring revenue targets are hit and costs are managed accordingly

• Manage and collaborate with leaders across the front office, housekeeping, rooms, marketing, F&B, accounting, HR, engineering, and IT departments.

• Ensure facilities in the venue (spa, gym, wellness, pool, retail, surf store) are always presented in the highest possible standard.

• Lead & train the team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experience

• Develop SOP's and ensure the implementation in monitored systematically

• Create and foster a culture of high service, team work, transparency, and continues development

• Ensure internal resources are adjusted accordingly for low and high seasons

• Partner with the revenue and marketing department to drive sales

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in hospitality, 5+ years in managerial capacity

• Experience doing pre-opening for luxury or high end hospitality venues

• Willingness to relocate close to the venue (north-west Bali)

• Experience developing hospitality systems and workflow

• Fluency in English is a must

• Strong finance and commercial acumen

• Experience managing P&L

• A hands-on leader that is willing to lead by example
