We're growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first

• Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract

• Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side

• Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets

• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe

Requirements

• English C1+ - you'll work primarily with US and European clients

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development Managment

• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services

• Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences

• Proven outbound track record - pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets

• Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
