Preschool Teacher
Teacher Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Support a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on the preschool curriculum (Teacher).
Assist teachers in delivering daily classroom activities and routines (Teacher Assistant).
Support children's learning, play, daily routines, and personal care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, assistants, and other staff members.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents and caregivers.
Qualifications
Preschool Teacher
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience teaching preschool-aged children is preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Passionate about early childhood education with strong classroom management skills.
Teacher Assistant
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Early Childhood Education is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience working with young children is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
Patient, caring, proactive, and enjoys working with children.
General Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a team.
Passionate about supporting children's holistic development.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Willing to be placed at Integrated Children's Academy (ICA School), South Jakarta.
