Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Fresh graduates and experience are not required
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial accounts
- Assist customers with account information, billing, transactions, and general concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting customer confidentiality
