ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and proactive HR and Admin Executive who can also function as a Chief of Staff support to the Founder.
This role goes beyond traditional HR. The person will help ensure that the organization runs smoothly by:
• Building strong HR systems
• Maintaining team discipline and accountability
• Supporting leadership execution
• Monitoring projects and key initiatives
• Coordinating communication across departments
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, operations, people management, and leadership support.
PRIMARY MISSION
Help the Founder and leadership team maintain clarity, accountability, and execution discipline across the organization.
The goal is to create a structured, organized, and scalable company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Management
• Manage recruitment process and hiring coordination
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Prepare job offers and employment documentation
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and discipline cases
• Coordinate performance evaluations
Team Discipline & HR Systems
• Ensure HR policies are followed
• Monitor attendance and work-from-home compliance
• Document warnings, performance issues, and HR actions
• Assist in building structured HR systems and policies
Chief of Staff Support to Founder
Support the Founder in ensuring the organization runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitor company projects and priorities
• Track completion of assigned tasks and initiatives
• Prepare summaries before leadership meetings
• Follow up with team leaders regarding deadlines
• Ensure alignment across departments
Operations Coordination
• Help document company process flows and SOPs
• Coordinate cross-department communication
• Ensure systems and workflows are followed
• Support improvement of internal processes
Leadership & Meeting Support
• Help prepare meeting agendas
• Document key decisions and action items
• Monitor execution after meetings
• Ensure follow-through on commitments
