We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to help create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and store services.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays.
- Support inventory replenishment and general store operations.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and featured products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience at least 3 months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Willing to work onsite
