Salary: ?18,000 – ?20,000

Process: Healthcare (International)
Qualifications:
- College Graduates: No work experience needed (Fresh Grads welcome!).
- K-12 Graduates / 2nd Year College: At least 3 to 6 months of International BPO experience required.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2 and up).
- Flexibility: Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting/night schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from international patients or healthcare providers.
- Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, or appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient data with high empathy and confidentiality.
